This unit is located on the first floor right off the courtyard. The Viking grills, pool, library, and fitness center are just steps away. There is also onsite a game room for the kids and a seasonal Hot Tub.
The storage room is located in the garage parking area and is stocked with beach toys, metal detector, boogie boards, umbrellas, and chairs for fun on the beach.
