The gourmet kitchen includes 2 ovens and all G.E. Monogram appliances, lots of cabinet space and more appliances than can be listed, including: coffee grinder/brew machine, commercial blender, toaster, food processor, seafood gadgets, glassware and plastic glassware for formal or casual dining. Absolute black granite bar top with 4 swivel bar stools as well as a large dining table that seats 8 . Off the side of the kitchen is a large table with a new DELL computer and a place for mom to sit and relax. We have installed a state-of-the-art whole-house music system with built in iPod docking stations and volume controls in every bedroom and a master control in the living room, along with built-in ceiling speakers.
The living room features a 42" full HD plasma TV with a Harmon Cardon full surround sound theater amplifier with CD/DVD/IPOD with 7 speakers. Cox HD DVR recorder with HBO and over 300 channels. The stereo and TV are all set up with a Harmony Single easy-to-use remote control with LCD readout. We have also installed our own wireless high speed internet access. The living room is open and airy with 5"solid cherry plank flooring and a sectional sofa with chaise / also a few comfy chairs and library including a variety of DVD movies/ games / books / puzzles. As you leave the living room towards the bedrooms, the hallway has 25 ft ceilings with light pouring through the aviary. A large full bath is shared with the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. At the end of the hall is a full size GE Monogram large capacity washer and dryer/ lots and lots of closet space everywhere.
The Huge master bedroom is at the end of the hall with a window wall and its own large bathroom. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan and light with the iPod stations and flat screen HD TVs. The 4th bedroom (kids room) also has a Playstation 2 set up in the TV cabinet. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The 2 kings and the queen beds are SELECT COMFORT brand beds with adjustable firmness remote controls. Set to 100 and they're hard as a rock, set to 10 and you will sink in the mattress as soft as a cloud. All have a 2" layer of memory foam with a breathable quality not found elsewhere. The 2 kings have split controls so 1 side can be firm and the other soft. Typical setting between 45 to 65.
THE best is for last! The Penthouse suite upstairs -- Think "Out Of Africa." A huge 4-poster king bed with canopy awaits the king and queen of the house, tastefully decorated with lions and tigers and elephants, artwork from South Africa and a host of amenities, with spectacular views off the 10 ft x 30 ft patio. Watch every sunrise or sunset from your top floor perch; and when you enter the bathroom, you will be amazed. 2 person heated Jacuzzi, absolute black granite surrounds you and the glass wall separating the 5ft wide x 7ft long shower with a built in sitting bench. The Sanctuary also offers 3 pools including a swim up bar / 23 Viking gas grills in 2 courtyards / weight rooms with state-of-the-art equipment / libraries / game rooms and party rooms. ENJOY! |
